Hi I'm Allie!

Are you tired of struggling with your weight and lacking self-confidence? Well, let me tell you, I've been there too. From my teenage years to now, I've battled with these issues. Thankfully I found a passion for fitness that completely turned my life around.

I pursued my dreams and earned a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. Throughout the past 9 years, I've experienced the rollercoaster ride of being both overweight and underweight. I went from 200 lbs to a mere 129 lbs, and now I'm at a healthy 170 lbs. But it's not just about the numbers on the scale, it's about being stronger, more confident, and overall, happier with my body.

Trust me, I've learned the hard way when it comes to health and fitness. I know firsthand the difficulties that come with both ends of the spectrum. And that's why, when you choose to work with me, you can feel confident that I truly understand what you're going through. There will be no judgement from me, only support and encouragement. I'll be right there in your corner, cheering you on every step of the way. Together, we can achieve your goals and create a healthier, happier version of you. Coach Stacy

I am 52 years old and have lived in Arizona most of my life.  I love the desert, being outside and staying active. I have been married for 23 years to a fire fighter. I have three adult children, one grand daughter and a grand son on the way.  I have two adorable miniature American Shepards and love all dogs! 
I fell in love with fitness later in my life. As a full time nurse working with the elderly  population, I see first hand how nutrition, activity level and mindset can really impact individuals as they age. I love to encourage everyone no matter where they are in their health journey to be as physically fit as possible. I believe exercise is important to maintain muscle strength, balance and cardiovascular health, as well as  to boost one’s mood. 
Staying healthy and fit with exercise and nutrition along with personal development everyday has changed my life and I can’t wait to help others be successful in these areas as well.

I was born and raised in Arizona. I’m 28 years old, I have one sassy daughter, I have one dogo and 4 kitties. I married my high school sweetheart and best friend❤️. I was always super active when I was growing up, I was in dance and I played soccer. I started struggling with my weight after I had my daughter. I became a stay at home mom and gained a ton of weight. My family also struggles with diabetes and high blood pressure. I started my healthy lifestyle journey because I wanted to be a healthy role model for my daughter. I want to be able to do all the things with my daughter and stay active with her. I want to help you to build and sustain a healthy lifestyle that is full of grace because let’s face it, nobody is perfect and that’s okay! I LOVE to watch people grow and hit goals! I’m so excited to help people crush their goals. 🎉

Coach Kim

Hi, I’m Kim, the new Yoga Instructor with H.E.A.T. Fitness! 

My love for Yoga began nearly 10 years ago while I was working in the corporate world.  We had the most amazing instructor who would come to our office and guide us through the most beautiful practice during our lunch break.  I will always remember how those classes made me feel. 

This inspired me to become a Yoga instructor myself, so that I could share this same type of experience with others.  I completed my 200 RYT with Barefoot Studio in July 2023, and I’m so excited about this new collaboration with H.E.A.T Fitness to bring Yoga to the park every Sunday! 

My goal is that you leave my classes feeling recharged and revitalized.  Movement is medicine for the soul! 🧘🏻‍♀️
