Focused on protein intake, daily exercise, water consumption & personalized goals for each participant.

Low Carb 6 Week Challenge
Learned how to follow a low carb diet and how it can be effective for weight loss & increased health. Participants logged their food for 6 weeks and learned a lot about macronutrients.
