Outdoor Group Fitness Classes

If you enjoy being outside and working out with others, these classes are for you!

Fun & effective group fitness classes in the beautiful outdoors in Tucson, AZ. Located at Crossroads Park on Silverbell and Cortaro Monday through Friday. Classes are 60 minutes long and include a warm up, full body workout and cool down. Each week has a different "theme" that we focus on. Themes include anything from focusing on strength, muscle endurance, balance, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness & more. Exercises can be modified to fit all ages and abilities but must be at least 13 years old.

Meet us at Crossroads Park between the volleyball courts to the left of the Wheeler Taft Library

Classes offfered on:

7:30am - Monday, Wednesday & Friday

6pm - Tuesday and Thursday
