Where are you located?

We offer group fitness classes at two parks in Tucson and also personal training at our home gym off of Ruthrauff and La Cholla.

What are your class membership options?

For our outdoor group fitness classes, we have three kinds of memberships:

2x per week = $96

3x per week = $145

Punch Card = $140 for 10 classes

What type of fitness classes do you offer?

Our group fitness classes are designed to help you get in shape and reach your desired level of fitness. Led by experienced trainers, each class combines a variety of exercises including strength training, cardio, flexibility, balance and more to provide a well rounded and effective fitness routine.

How much does personal training cost?

If you were to purchase personal training sessions from a big box gym it'll cost you around $60 per session. When you purchase a personal training package with HEAT Fitness you will pay $40-49 per hour session.

Do you offer online or virtual training?

Yes! Our online training app brings the gym to you, offering a convenient and accessible way to reach your fitness goals from the comfort of your own home or wherever you may be. With a user-friendly interface and personalized workout programs, our app is designed to cater to all fitness levels and preferences. Do you offer a free trial or guess pass?

Yes, you can sign up for a free trial of our group fitness classes by clicking the button below.

What is your cancelation policy on personal training and group classes?

For personal training, 24 hour notice is required if you need to change or cancel your session. If not, your session will be charged. There are special circumstances though, be sure to communicate well with your trainer if you have a scheduling issue.

Group classes must be done or made up within the month of purchase, unless you are using a punch card which can be spread across months.

What is the demographic like for the group classes?

Mostly everyone that participates in our Outdoor Group Classes are women between the ages of 40-65. Of course men are always welcome and anyone older or younger as well! We are able to make each exercise work for every person no matter age or exercise ability. We have had various participants with injuries, who want to lose 100+ lbs to those who just want to stay generally fit. These classes are also a great fit for people who want to build strength and avoid injury in sports! From pickleball to soccer to running. We got you covered!
