Personable, motivating, and charismatic are only a few of the many great ways to describe HEAT Fitness. The personal training and group classes are both fun and an excellent way to get back into exercise or to advance in one’s fitness journey. Staying committed to a regular exercise regimen is easier when surrounded by a group of supporting, driven, and positive people which is all I have encountered at HEAT Fitness. Couldn’t recommend Allie and her team strongly enough!

This is my first experience lifting weights and working with a trainer. At 60 years old, why didn’t I do this before? Well, it’s because I had never met Allie. She is an exceptional person, organized, good communicator, encouraging, non judgmental. She makes individual adjustments based on my needs. Yet she nicely expects me to do my best every minute. Her pricing is significantly more cost effective than other personal trainers too! And the added feature is her 2 dogs whom she carefully adds to your practice if you so desire. They are like exercise support animals. In my mind, this is a bonus!

As a perimenopausal woman I wanted to focus on different workout styles each week of my cycle. I chose to work with Coach Allie last summer, in order to have a personalized workout approach instead of the cockie cutter workout's you find at other fitness/boot camp groups. She is great and super patient working with untalented/uncoordinated individuals like myself. Over the last few months I have gained some amazing muscle mass where I needed to get a different wardrobe. I was looking to gain muscle mass to stall /reverse the beginning of osteoporosis. My 13 year old son works out with me at times and her youthfulness is perfect for reaching out to that age group. He is learning via her how to have the right stance when lifting and what discipline is. WE love it. Once again, what I was looking for, was a personalized approach to fitness, I found it and I highly recommend Allie.

My fitness goals are about increasing strength and flexibility as I get older (50yr old male) rather than specifically weight loss or building large muscles. The big gym trainers and the group fitness facilities didn’t really address my specific needs/injuries.
I have been at HEAT for over a month and every session Allie has shown me HOW to work out. Her focus is specifically on the areas where I need the most improvement and on balancing out my strength/flexibility.
Pairing the app with the one-on-one sessions is perfect for me. She instructs during our personal sessions and then I can go to the gym with the App and she has routines loaded for me each week.
I continue to be surprised that each session is only an hour. During the session I don’t feel that I am working too hard until the end and next day when I really feel it.
I highly recommend HEAT fitness.

I am now two months into training : group and personal training. I enjoy both and Allie is a fantastic coach. I have built muscle, gained flexibility and balance and feel great. I highly recommend you try H.E.A.T. fitness - you will not be disappointed!

I absolutely love the H.E.A.T program, you will never run out of workout ideas (which I found out was one of my main problems when working out) that and having frequent communication with Allie to touch base on your workout regiment and find different ways to modify if necessary has been really amazing. I can confidently say that this one of the best workout programs I've done, I started in the Summer of 2022 and have gotten stronger everyday since then and have never felt more comfortable in my body!!!

I recently started working out with Allie, the owner of Heat fitness and the results have been amazing! I’m getting stronger and definitely more toned. Allie is an excellent trainer! She has a variety of equipment that she uses for her training sessions and pushes me during my workouts. I decided I wanted a trainer to help with the motivation I lacked and Allie really has brought that to the table. I am starting to see results and it has been almost 2 months. I highly recommend Allie as a personal trainer!

Recently joined the morning group. Allie is energetic and knowledgeable and clearly passionate about fitness. She provides support and motivation and keeps it interesting by constantly changing up the work outs. I appreciate that Allie modifies the work out to include people of all ages, body types or physical limitations. The classes have been a perfect fit and I highly recommend Allie/H.E.A.T.

I've had personal trainers who were small business owners as well as those who were part of big box gyms, and Allie is one of the best. She is very insightful and knowledgeable in the fitness science realm! She is always willing to add a modification if need be, but also knows when to push you to work just a bit harder because she knows it's within you. A kind soul who holds you accountable, makes you work hard, and supports all of your fitness and nutrition goals!

HEAT fitness owner, Allie is so great! She's taken me a 44 year old sedentary lady with achy joints and has provided me with such awesome specialized personal training. I've been working with Allie and have not only lost some weight but I'm gaining muscle, and working on my balance & coordination. I attended the one at Crossroads park which was awesome and fun with caring ladies encouraging me on. Stacy, one of Allie's coaches has also been super helpful in her park fitness class I attended at Riverfront park. She was kind and supportive and offered modifications to protect my knees. Both trainers took time to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly to maximize the benefits and ensure I was not hurting myself. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am excited to continue with both fitness options and again highly recommend H.E.A.T. Fitness.
